The two top executives from the Puerto Rico-based company are chosen for the Latino Entrepreneur Leaders Program
Puerto Rico-based software development and engineering company, Wovenware, announced yesterday that their CEO Christian González and COO Carlos Melendez have joined the prestigious Stanford Latino Entrepreneur Leaders Program.
An immersive experience that provides Hispanic business owners with education, networking, mentorship, and access to capital, the six-week program will further bolster Wovenware’s ability to grow its business in North America and worldwide. Wovenware provides nearshore software solutions and application development services, working with customers in North America, the Caribbean, and Europe.
“The Stanford Latino Entrepreneur Leaders Program curriculum is designed to offer both real-world knowledge and unparalleled insights into what it takes to grow and succeed as an emerging business, delivered by Stanford faculty and leading practitioners and entrepreneurs,” said Jerry Porras, Lane Professor of Organizational Behavior and Change, Emeritus, at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Wovenware Co-Founders Christian González and Carlos Melendez will join leading Latino entrepreneurs from around the country in exclusive online community networking, lectures presented by professors from Stanford business school and established business leaders, and in-person workshops at the beginning and end of the program.
